This
prayer is called the “AVINU Prayer.” Its name came from the first
Hebrew word in it – AVINU (Our Father). In the New
Testament it is called “The Lord’s Prayer.” We all pray to “Our Father.” Our relationships,
those of everyone praying this prayer, are defined by their relationship with
“Our Father.” This prayer helps people see more clearly what their true
